Employee Training and Bring-it-Home Program
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
An in-depth training manual and hands-on program will be used to train employees in the conservation practices utilized by the resort. Employees will learn how simple tactics contribute to the over-all mission of Lola's. All employees will become familiar with the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the protocols necessary to take full responsibility for the local environment.
BRING-IT-HOME PROGRAM
Lola's Bring-it-Home Program will review employee energy, water and waste bills, discussing measures to improve common practice, and providing an opportunity to apply for assistance in obtaining energy and water saving devices through TB-SO.
